Hygiene Certification was created by Wilbert Kahmann, a hospitality professional with more than 45 years of experience in hospitality, professional cleaning and quality assurance.
After graduating from Hotelschool The Hague, Wilbert started his career with Hilton International and later Center Parcs, where he learned first-hand what guests expect and why trust is the foundation of every successful hospitality experience.
Over the years, his career expanded into professional cleaning and facility services, eventually becoming Managing Director of Care Belgium, part of the Vebego Group, one of Europe's leading family-owned facility service organisations.

What makes Hygiene Certification different is the combination of three worlds that rarelycome together:

In 1997, Wilbert co-founded Multi-Value, a customer experience and quality auditing company that has helped organisations across Europe improve service quality and operational performance for more than 25 years.
Together with his team, he has been involved in tens of thousands of audits, mystery visits and quality assessments across multiple industries.
One lesson has remained constant throughout Wilbert's career: Guests notice more than hotels sometimes realise. A spotless bathroom. Fresh linen. A clean remote control. Attention to detail. These small moments create trust. And trust drives guest satisfaction, reviews, reputation and repeat bookings.
